How we work with objects
We receive an offer for sale or investment in a property in the Dominican Republic.

A formal cooperation agreement is concluded with the developer or the owner.

We only work with objects that have a complete set of documents, including the title of ownership (Titulo de Propiedad) and building permits. All data obtained is verified by our lawyers through the Registro de Títulos and the Dirección General de Impuestos Internos (DGII).
